How to Wear: 1. Attach the easy grab front closure to your desired tightness. 2. Tighten the arm strap to a comfortable level to prevent underarm chafing and reduce brace movement. 3. Attach the X-Strap to offer additional compression and support to the targeted shoulder area. 4. Align the center seam of the X-Strap with the seam that runs down the shoulder of the main brace. 5. Once aligned, adjust each X-Strap to your preferred level of tightness.
